There are our regulations:

- 440 x 180 mm (length x width)
- 170mm (high)
- 1kg minimum weight

Sporting Regulation
Sporting Regulation is built by participants. GM mgmt assign referees committee for the whole season that provides the decision based on sporting regalement. However Sporting Regulation has some rules that cannot be changes.
Fixed part:
- Referee committee contains 3 people that are assigned by GR mgmt and cannot be changes during the season in any case but physical inability of one or more referees to fulfil their responsibilities
- In case one or more referees cannot fulfil their responsibilities GR mgmt must replace him/her/them by the next race
- Any incident is taken into the consideration only after official protest by one or several participants. The rules around official protest is the following:
- Official protest should be raised within 5*t0 rounded up to minutes period of time from incident or until the end of the race, whatever comes first
- Each protest costs 100 euro
- If protest is rejected it goes to the participant against whom was the protest
- If protest is accepted it returns back and penalty is applied
- Together with the protest the name of one referee is given (name 1). The second side must select another referee (name 2) immediately
- Each referee publish the opinion (accept/reject) in the following order:
- name 1
- name 2
- name 3
- Publication of the accept/reject opinion should take not more than 3*t0 rounded up to minutes period from the protest
- The decision is taken by simple majority. If the protest accepted then the penalty should be applied by the collegial decision and should be publish within 5*t0 rounded up to minutes period from the accept/reject opinion
- Any avoidable collision must be avoided
- Basic assumption that each car “sees” each car. (however not over another car, means only “direct view”)
- Any corner cannot be cut. Means that line equals to wall. If any part of the car is over it – car is disqualified (any increase of the track distance is ok, even if it gives some win on the lap time)
- Any new participant or team must accept all current regulations
Change Regulation Procedure
All other Sporting Regulations are taken during the following procedure:
- Any change of Sporting Regulation is triggered by the team
- After each race there is a mandatory meeting. The meeting is broadcasted life.
- The language of meeting is always English. All people on the meeting must understand and speak it
- Meeting begins within 24 hours after the race
- Anyone who late/absent must pay 100 euro
- The following team must be presented on the meeting:
- From 1 to 3 person (s) from each car
- It could be 1 additional person from each team (optional)
- It must be all 3 referee committee
- It must be at least 1 person from owners (but not more than 3)
- It must be a moderator, which is provided by owner (could be the owner representative as well)
- The agenda for each meeting is fixed. The order is the following:
- Voting for quality of the referee committee:
- The vote is yes/no one
- The vote of each car is not disclosure (however participants can do that voluntarily)
- 1 car – 1 vote
- Go through all official protest (if any):
- The decided referee present the case and provide justification
- In case that was an opposite opinion from referee it’s presented afterwards
- Each car vote for agree/disagree with the reference decision (same procedure as for the voting above)
- Discussion is run. 2 questions must be answered:
- Was the rule correctly applied?
- Do we want to change the Sporting Regulation?
- After all official protests any other incidents must be discussed. Any car can rise the topic. The procedure is the same as for official protest one. However just 1 question is needed to be answered: Do we need to change Sporting Regulation?
- If any new Regulation is purposed it must be voted.
- It must contain clear description of the case
- It must contain specific penalty or penalty range
- If 50% + 1 car supported it it’s applied
- If any team has more than 25% of the votes of all cars in the championship then the sum of all votes from the team is limited by 25% in total
- If any existing Regulation is changed or removed then 70% +1 car should support the change
- The fixed part of the rules cannot be weakened
- Voting for quality of the referee committee:
- After each race there is a mandatory meeting. The meeting is broadcasted life.

- The duration of the Race defines based on the qualification results and the length of the current track lap
Qualification:
- Stage 1: 30 minutes – all cars
- 50% of the slowest cars {if 2*n+1, then n is out} are staying out and sorted based on the best lap time
- Slower cars are lower
- If 2 or more cars have the same time (up to thousands) then the car which sets the time earlier has a higher position
- If a car shows no time it goes to the bottom of the list
- If there are several cars with no time, then positions are assigned by the GR mgmt

Race:
- Reverse grid from qualifying results
- The length of any race is calculated in the following way:
- t0 – the best lap time from qualifying (all segments)
- l0 – the length of the qualifying lap
- lc – the length of the current track lap
- Number of laps for any following race is the following:
# of Laps = roundup(roundup (50/t0) * l0) / lc)+1
- Therefore the # of laps for the first race is:
# of Laps = roundup (50/t0) + 1
GR Cups
- GR Championship cup:
- The car with the most points wins.
- If number of points equals then the car which was higher position in qualification
- If both cars didn’t take part in the qualification then the car with the highest number of first places in all races
- If the number of first places are equal then the car with the highest number of second places
- And so on until the very last one
- If everything above is equal, then the winning car is the one that finishes higher the first race when any takes place
- GR Championship Best Team:
- The number of team points is the sum of points of all team cars divided by the number of cars (that ever take part in the current season)
- If a car takes part in any race or practice during season, it counts
- The way of the winner defining is the same as for GR Championship cup
- Best Engine Provider:
- The sum of all points for all cars with the same engine provider divided by the total used amount of engines
- If the number of points is the same then the logic from GR Championship cup
- The total number of race should be at minimum equals the number of all races in the season
- Best Chassis Provider:
- The sum of all points for all cars with the same Chassis provider divided by the total used amount of engines
- If the number of points is the same then the logic from GR Championship cup
- The total number of race should be at minimum equals the number of all races in the season
